FMP & Editorial

For my final major project I'm focusing on Norwegian Folklore,using 'Norske Folkeeventyr' by Asbjørnsen and Moe. The unusual tales have a lot of varied characters and situations- making it an ideal starting point. In comparison to other cultures, the Norwegian tales seem a little more surreal, with characters regularly talking to the wind or inanimate objects for help. I'm still researching and reading through stories, but will be moving onto illustrations for it tomorrow.

I'm also working on doing one editorial illustration each week; as well as working on competition entries. This weeks editorial is for 'A question of small talk'. I feel it works best as a G2 cover; The Guardians weekday supplement.
